Who were Jesus Disciples?

The disciples of Jesus must refer to his followers mentioned in the Bible.

A representative twelve of his disciples were chosen, who were to receive his teachings and to be his immediate associates. We can find their names in Matthew 10:1-4. These twelve disciples were also called "apostles" or "teachers" because they were given the task of passing Jesus teachings on.

Also mentioned in Acts 1:15 are 120 other disciples.

Paul in 1 Corinthians 11:1 asked the Corinthians to be imitators of his as he was of Christ - and an imitator (or follower) is a disciple - one who receives the teaching or discipline of a teacher.

We can become Jesus disciples too if we try to imitate or follow the example he left for us.
